Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions for P&H Rentals LLC
Rental Agreement
By making a payment to rent our services from P&H Rentals LLC, you agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement and Waiver shown below and they are in force as soon as you request the booking. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not request for service.
Rules
These rules are for safety of everyone on the water. Please follow them:
1. Life jackets are provided on the pontoon, and we highly recommend ALL guests are required to always wear life jackets when entering open water.
2. All passengers underage of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
3. Do not collide with other boats, the shoreline or any docks.
4. Pontoon capacity is limited depending on the pontoon rental.

***Renter will be responsible and liable for anything that results from being over capacity this could include tickets, fines or jail time.
5. Fishing from the pontoon is allowed.
6. P&H Rentals LLC is NOT responsible for the loss of personal items.
7. All damages and injuries must be reported immediately to P&H Rentals LLC.
8. In the event of emergency, please call 911.
9. Any misuse of the pontoon by the renters or guests will cause a suspension or revocation of privileges.
10. The renter assumes full responsibility for the pontoon issued to them and will responsible and liable for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.

11. In the event of thunder, lightning, it is recommended that guest and/or any passengers leave the water and seek shelter immediately.
Rental Liability Waiver
Please read this carefully and be aware that by requesting this service, you and your passengers using P&H Rentals LLC, you are waiving and releasing all claims for injuries you or your passengers might sustain out of its rental/use.
You recognize that there are certain risks of physical injury in boating on open waters and agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages, or loss regardless of severity, which you or your passenger may sustain because of participating in the rental/use of P&H Rentals LLC.
You and your passengers hereby fully release and discharge P&H Rentals LLC and its employees from all claims from injuries including death, damages, or loss regardless of severity which may occur to you or your passenger, connected with or in any way associated with activities involved in renting/using P&H Rentals LLC.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend P&H Rentals LLC and its employees from any and all claims resulting from including death, damages, or loss regardless of severity which may occur to you or your passenger, connected with or in any way associated with activities involved in renting/using P&H Rentals LLC.
Cancellations & Bad Weather
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectively request at least 24 hours notices. Cancellations or missed appointments without notice will result in a charge of part or all the service amount.
In case of rain or bad weather you have the option to cancel or reschedule based on availability. Charge-backs may apply if there are any cancellations, refunds and or return of payments and is subject to change.
